PRIVACY POLICY :
ATC Video Games respects your right to privacy. We do not share any information you provide us with anybody. This includes your name, address, telephone number and email address. None of this information will be given out in any form unless required by law or necessary to complete an order.
We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
SHIPPING:
Shipping charges will be determined by total weight of your order and destination Zip Code. Most orders will be shipped by USPS, 1st Class Mail. Typically up to 3 jewel case products or up to 2 DVD style packages can be shipped via 1st Class Mail. Shipments via 1st Class Mail will generally arrive in 4-7 days.
For larger orders, up to 10 lbs., shipment will be by USPS Priority Mail. This is normally a 2-4 day service although it is not guaranteed.
For shipments weighing more than 10 lbs., UPS will be used. When you order, final shipping charges will be automatically calculated based on current rates. In all cases, the lowest cost
method of shipment will be used.
RETURN POLICY:
All sales are considered final. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
--- If you have not opened the shipping container, you can return the product to us for refund, credit or replacement within 30 days, no questions asked.
---Product must be returned undamaged AND in perfect condition. Manufacturer wrapping must be intact. Product that has been opened, has the original wrapping removed, or appears to have been used, will not be accepted for refund. Product that has been damaged, will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
To avoid costly returns, check the System Requirements for each title. Be sure you have at least the minimum system requirements before ordering.
Prior to returning the product, you must obtain a RMA number. Email atcreply@atcvideogames.com with Your Name, Your Order Number, the Title of the product, and the specific problem you have encountered. Product returned without a RMA number will not be accepted and a credit will not be issued.
If we have sent you an incorrect product, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. Email atcreply@atcvideogames.com for a replacement shipment. We will include a prepaid return mailer in replacement shipment that you can use to return the incorrect product to us.
TAX POLICY:
Residents of Florida will pay 6% State Sales Tax for all purchases based on billing address.
